Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
Bukura brings company-supplied equipment and eco-friendly detergents. Material suitability is assessed for the job; these products are not claimed to be suitable for every surface, person or pet.
What do I need to provide?
Customers provide water and electricity. If either may be unavailable, let us know when you call or message so arrangements can be considered.
Do you work on Sundays or overnight?
Normal hours are Monday–Saturday, 7:00 am–7:00 pm. Sunday, weekend and overnight work is by prior arrangement and availability.
How is the price agreed?
The quote depends on your selected services, size or item count, condition, access and timing. The team discusses scope and pricing with you before confirming an appointment.
Can you clean our office regularly?
Small offices can request three visits weekly or a preferred frequency. Medium offices and other premises can discuss a schedule to suit their needs.
How long does cleaning or drying take?
Time depends on the job, materials and conditions. Stain outcomes also vary. Discuss any time constraints and specific marks before confirming the work.
How should I prepare and arrange access?
Tell us about surfaces and access constraints, make water and electricity available, and discuss items that need moving. Arrange the precise address and access securely with the team; do not put access codes in an initial message.
