This website provides public information about Bukura Cleaning. You can submit a cleaning enquiry without an account, or use Google sign-in to save a profile and view your booking history. There is no online payment facility. We do not add advertising trackers or optional analytics.
Website delivery and your device
Google Firebase Hosting delivers this website over a secure connection. Like other hosting services, Google processes technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the service. See Google’s privacy policy.
Your browser may cache public pages, images and contact information for faster repeat visits and offline access. This site does not save enquiry details on your device. You can remove cached files using your browser’s site-data settings.

Your account and cleaning requests
We process your Google account identifier, name and email, and the phone number, Nairobi area and cleaning details you provide, to respond to enquiries and arrange services. Authorised staff can access these records. If you provide an email address, it can receive an acknowledgement and appointment updates. Booking alerts are sent through Google Gmail to the business recipient. Firebase Authentication manages sign-in and Firestore stores application records in Johannesburg, South Africa. Google authentication and delivery services can process data in other locations.
Sign-in lasts for your browser session. Personal records are not saved in the offline cache. A private database backup runs monthly; backup copies expire after 65 days. You may request access, correction or deletion from your account or by telephone; the team reviews requests and any records that must be retained.
Calling or using WhatsApp
A telephone link opens your calling application. A WhatsApp link opens a prepared message with a separate service; you decide whether to send it. Information you share in a call or chat is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange the cleaning you request. Ask the team about handling and retention before sharing sensitive details.
Do not send identity documents, medical information, payment credentials or access codes in an initial enquiry. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply when you use that service.
